Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.
Refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Event Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing:
Adequate space for booth setup and operation
Access to a reliable power source
Safe and suitable event conditions
Nice Photo Booths is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to venue restrictions, lack of access, or unsafe conditions.
Service Limitations
While we strive to deliver a flawless experience, we are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
Power outages
Internet connectivity issues
Venue restrictions
Weather conditions
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to continue or adapt services.
Media Usage
By using our services, you grant Nice Photo Booths permission to use photos and videos taken during your event for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and portfolio.
If you prefer not to have your media used, you must notify us in writing prior to your event.
Intellectual Property
